Integrity’s Assessment programs are fully integrated with other practice areas, significantly and most especially with our solutions teams in:
Our Assessment Program represents a very effective approach to problem identification and problem solving. Integrity provides “another” set of eyes (classically a highly qualified outsider for objectivity and new ideas) looking at an existing issue, program, facility, or internal and external challenge. These reviews may be to repurpose staff or assets, refine and update processes, or determination of compliance with some touchstone principle or requirement or vision. Additionally our team provides identification of cost or mission inefficiencies or shortcomings, and the like. The best practices we offer:
-
Peer review
-
Third party review
-
Independent verification & validation (IV&V)
-
V*C*T Risk Assessment - Integrity Vulnerability Assessment (IVA)
-
Integrity Interdependency & Resiliency Analysis (IIRA)
-
Financial and Operating costs review
Assessment Processes
Often we are asked; “Come in and tell me what I am doing right, what I am doing wrong, and how I can do better”. This the classic invitation we receive to do an assessment. Integrity’s assessment reports provide “get well” plans that identify proven best practices prioritized based on the client strategy along with accompanying return on investment (ROI) analyses.
Compliance Assessments represent a special case given the likelihood that law or regulation is involved, and that there may be a penalty of some kind associated with non-compliance. For example, Integrity’s compliance work in the Homeland Security arena classically involves determination of general or specific compliance with aspects of the following:
