	Integrity’s Assessment programs are fully integrated with other practice areas, significantly and most especially with our solutions teams in: Homeland Security and Homeland Defense Program and Project Management Compliance Our Assessment Program represents a very effective approach to problem identification and problem solving. Integrity provides “another” set of eyes (classically a highly qualified outsider for objectivity and new ideas) looking at an existing issue, program, facility, or internal and external challenge. These reviews may be to repurpose staff or assets, refine and update processes, or determination of compliance with some touchstone principle or requirement or vision. Additionally our team provides identification of cost or mission inefficiencies or shortcomings, and the like. This the classic invitation we receive to do an assessment. Integrity’s assessment reports provide “get well” plans that identify proven best practices prioritized based on the client strategy along with accompanying return on investment (ROI) analyses. Compliance Assessments represent a special case given the likelihood that law or regulation is involved, and that there may be a penalty of some kind associated with non-compliance.
