During the Discovery Phase of the Strategic Sourcing process, Integrity identifies annual, sustainable savings opportunities throughout your organization. Our Target Opportunity Assessment is a proven, structured approach to gather, assess and analyze pertinent procurement data.
Next, Integrity works with clients to develop commodity team members who will shape important issues related to the commodities required for RFP development.
By utilizing years of procurement experience, the Integrity Strategic Sourcing team provides key input for proposal templates that are specific to both the customer needs and the unique requirements of the individual commodity that is being leveraged and negotiated.
To complete the process, Integrity will support RFP analysis and provide details on responses and identify weaknesses in the RFP responses. These points can subsequently be used to develop key negotiation points.
Finally, Integrity views the implementation process as the most important cycle within the sourcing process. Without a clear plan, the best negotiations will be wasted. Integrity develops a plan containing key milestones, the milestone timeline and key organizational responsibilities.
