Integrity understands the end-to-end process and complex interactions, including Asset Management, between organizations such as IT, Finance and Purchasing. We have provided many instances of workflow automation within this arena and know the comprehensive asset management process.
Integrity’s asset management approach begins with strategic planning with the creation of engineering design plans and the coordination of these plans with both the finance and IT departments, related to IT capital costs. The approval of the engineering designs drives the purchasing process, which in turn drives receiving and tagging, finally leading to installation. As an output of this process, work orders and change orders, in accordance with maintenance, are submitted and coordinated with the help desk. Upon completion of work orders and new installations, information is communicated back to the IT and Finance departments, with engineering designs being updated as needed. Throughout this iterative and cyclical process, we work to develop methods to standardize the tracking of new and existing information using proven technology solutions. Integrity seeks to automate the entire asset management process, reducing time, streamlining processes and cutting costs.
