New Management and Technology Firm to Provide Federal and Commercial Solutions to Mid-Atlantic Region


Frederick, Md., November 1, 2007 – Integrity Consulting today announced its official business start as a new consulting firm to service the Mid-Atlantic region. In exactly 21 days, Integrity grew from concept to reality, stemming from SMART Business Advisory and Consulting LLC. Founders Patrick Wheeler, Chris Campbell, Henri Chase and John Molnar look to change the nature of consulting by setting a new standard for commitment, trust and execution.

Integrity boasts two business practices; its federal and commercial/state and local practices. Each sector will focus on program management, business process optimization, procurement and sourcing, governance, risk and compliance management and technology management to meet the needs of both federal and commericial clients.

With more than 80 years of combined experience amongst the founding partners, Integrity will focus on core values for business offerings, placing high priority on serving clients, treasuring employees and their families, operating with honor and giving back to the community. 

    Patrick Wheeler, CEO and Managing Principal, founded Integrity after leaving SMART. Wheeler had major contractual wins at SMART, exceeding $12 million in the first 18 months. He has managed technology infrastructure projects in the Federal Homeland Security sector, as well as in the pharmaceutical, chemical, financial, healthcare and telecommunications industries across the United States and internationally. He has more than 20 years of experience and specializes in Computer Systems Validation (CSV), Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) for federal regulatory compliance, large program management, shared services integration, systems optimization, technology strategy, design, implementation and project management.
   
    Chris Campbell, Managing Principal/Chairman was also the co-founder and Managing Principal of Washington Consulting (WCI), a consulting firm he grew to over 120 employees and more than $20 million in revenue in three years. Campbell has over 17 years of experience focused on helping companies create and execute business and IT strategies. He brings a unique perspective to the business planning process through extensive work with executive teams in finance, IT, sales, marketing, operations and human resources across several industries during his career. Prior to Washington Consulting, Chris served as a Director in the Washington D.C. Business Consulting practices of both BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen.

    John Molnar, Managing Principal/Senior Vice President, Commercial Practice, is responsible for maintaining operations and knowledge leadership for business management within the practice. He has more than 25 years of management experience in assisting companies to efficiently manage savings opportunities in back office operations, IT infrastructure, application development and sourcing areas. Molnar was responsible for enhancing value chain efficiencies with integration of supply chain partners into client integration and installation processes on several multi-billion dollar telecommunications projects. Prior to Integrity Consulting, Molnar served as a Senior Manager in the Mid-Atlantic regions of both SMART and Arthur Andersen.

    Henri Chase, Managing Principal/Senior Vice President, Federal Practice, is responsible for the development and execution of all federal work with an initial emphasis on Homeland Security and defense-related programs. He has the additional responsibility as Chief Strategy Officer.
Chase is a retired active duty Navy Civil Engineer Corps Commander. Following military retirement he was the inaugural lead for Critical Infrastructure Assurance and Resiliency for all worldwide Navy and Marine Corps installations and facilities. Formerly Policy Officer to the President of the American Red Cross for disaster preparation and response and Director, Homeland Security Programs, ITS Corporation and Executive Director, Federal Programs, Smart Business Consulting.

Based in Frederick, Md., Integrity is currently registered to do business in Maryland and Virginia, but looks to quickly expand its business licensing to near-by regions.
