INTEGRITY COMMEMORATES SECOND YEAR OF COMPANY GROWTH
Consulting Firm Celebrates 30 Percent Staff Increase, Larger Headquarters and Six New High Profile Clients in Past 60 Days
Frederick, Md., December 3, 2009 – Integrity consulting celebrates its second year anniversary as a premier management and technology consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region. Integrity stemmed from SMART Business Advisory and Consulting LLC in 2007. The company was founded by Patrick Wheeler, Chris Campbell, Henri Chase and John Molnar. Integrity has substantially expanded its client base over the last two years, including six new clients in the past 60 days.
Integrity recently moved its headquarters to a new location in Frederick, Maryland. Driven by the need for more space to provide for growth of the consulting firm, Integrity’s new base is 40 percent larger than what was previously occupied.

Integrity serves clients in the public and private sectors, with business units specifically focused on federal services (led by Chase), state and local governments and large commercial clients (led by Molnar). Integrity primarily operates in the mid-Atlantic region, with business licenses in Delaware, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Despite challenging market conditions, Integrity’s business has thrived, earning six new clients over the past 60 days, and expecting to double revenue during the next 12-18 months. New projects include:
Commander, Naval Installations Command (CNIC) – To provide program management and specialty support to CNIC and selected subordinate regional commands, sub-contracting under Booz Allen Hamilton.
Leading Pharmaceutical Company – Will establish and enhance business continuity and disaster recovery strategy and framework.
Naval Facilities Engineering Service Center (NFESC) – Will deliver Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) engineering services worldwide.
Norfolk State University – To provide tabletop emergency exercise planning and execution for Norfolk State University, teaming with HGM Management and Technologies.
US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Will provide anti-terrorism, force protection and physical security consulting solutions as a subcontractor to Bowhead Technical and Professional Services (BTPS).
