INTEGRITY REGISTERS WITH THE MARYLAND SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE PROGRAM
Program Enables Small Businesses to Competitively Bid for State Contracts
Frederick, Md., June 7, 2010 – Integrity Consulting today announced its official registration with the Maryland Small Business Reserve Program, which requires that state agencies reserve 10 percent of contracting bid dollars for small businesses. The Small Business Reserve Program requires that 24 designated state agencies structure their procurement processes so that a minimum of procurement dollars are spent with qualified business entities.
Integrity meets the State’s criteria for small business operation in that it is independently owned and operated, is not a subsidiary of another business and does not employ more than 50 people in wholesale operations. Registration with the program lasts for one year, and then Integrity will need to reapply.
