Job Description:
Integrity is looking for experienced Senior Consultants who are able to develop and provide innovative solutions for our clients. Our Senior Consultants work as part of a consulting team forming close relationships with key client Business and IT stakeholders.
Senior Consultants are expected to play a significant role in client engagements, along with maintaining additional internal (non-client) responsibilities. Senior Consultants perform the following tasks:
- Client Service and Delivery
o Understands the client’s business, industry and needs
o Builds positive client peer relationships
o Manages a variety of projects and interfaces with clients day-to-day
o Facilitates meetings and participating in working sessions with clients
o Conducts client interviews
o Participates in client and internal presentations, work product or report development and deliverable creation
o Communicates complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner
o Assists in building consensus at lower client levels
o Demonstrates sound judgment and effective decision making to manage and mitigate risk
o Leads teams in the assessment of infrastructure and IT processes (i.e. ITIL)
o Conducts security assessments
o Leads teams in the implementation of infrastructure solutions
o Architects technology infrastructure solutions
o Leads the development of technology standards
o Manages own time and budget
o Leads tasks to completion within scope and budget through effective project management
o Understands engagement and project planning
o Contributes to status reporting
o Contributes to work planning on engagements
o Recognizes, researches and participates in resolution of engagement issues
o Performs careful self-review of work to ensure individual quality control
o Provides assistance with billing and invoicing as requested
o Provides feedback in a timely and complete fashion
o Supervises day-to-day activities of project staff members and reviews their work
o Delegates appropriate levels of decision-making responsibility and independence
o Provides performance feedback for staff members
o Provides on-the-job training and coaching to assist others in improving their performance
- Business Development, Marketing and Firm Growth
o Effectively identifies and communicates opportunities for extended services to management
o Uses contacts outside the firm to identify leads
o Assists in proposal development as needed
o Provides assistance with marketing strategy, as needed
o Participates in recruiting and staff orientation programs
o Write articles and white papers that build or expand on our ideas
o Take on responsibility for building new methodology, and creating business development materials
o Participates in business development pursuits
o Develops and maintains expertise in technical & industry areas
o Develops an understanding of the service line specific tools required by the professional services delivered
Work Experience: Integrity is seeking individuals with 3-5+ years of professional experience in a technology related role. Previous consulting experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science or Management Information Systems or Engineering
Skills:
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
- Ability to proactively manage multiple commitments and tasks
- Experience building effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong practical knowledge of technology and its application in business
- Understanding of security & infrastructure standards and regulations (e.g. ITIL, PCI, ISO, HIPAA, etc.)
- Experience leading technology assessments and implementations using proven methodologies
- Facilitation experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience working as part of project teams in a consulting or strong customer-oriented environment
- Experience of project management methodology such as PMBOK (PMI) highly desirable
- Ability to travel, when applicable
