Job Description:
Integrity is looking for Consultants who are able to develop and provide innovative solutions for our clients. Our Consultants work as part of a consulting team forming close relationships with key client Business and IT stakeholders.
Consultants are expected to play a significant role in client engagements, along with maintaining additional internal (non-client) responsibilities. Consultants perform the following tasks:
- Client Service and Delivery
o General understanding of the client’s business, industry and needs
o Builds positive client peer relationships
o Works on engagement teams with general supervision
o Participates in working sessions with clients
o Conducts client interviews
o Participates in client and internal presentations, work product or report development and deliverable creation
o Communicates ideas in a clear and understandable manner
o Assists in building consensus at lower client levels
o Demonstrates sound judgment and effective decision making to manage and mitigate risk
o Participates in the implementation of technology solutions
o Develops technology components that are part of larger technology solutions using custom developed applications, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) packages, and proven infrastructure components.
o Develops and executes test cases
o Follows proven methodologies for scope, change, release, and configuration management
o Follows technology standards
o Manages own time
o Completes tasks within scope through effective time management
o Understands engagement and project planning
o Contributes to status reporting
o Contributes to work planning on engagements
o Recognizes, researches and participates in resolution of engagement issues
o Performs careful self-review of work to ensure individual quality control
- Business Development, Marketing and Firm Growth
o Strives to identify and communicate opportunities for extended services to management
o Assists in proposal development as needed
o Provides assistance with marketing strategy, as needed
o Participates in recruiting and staff orientation programs
o Participates in internal efforts to build a new methodology and create business development materials
o Participates in business development pursuits
o Develops and maintains expertise in technical & industry areas
o Develops an understanding of the service line specific tools required by the professional services delivered
Work Experience: Integrity is seeking highly motivated individuals with 0-2 years of professional experience in a technology related role. Previous consulting experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science or Management Information Systems or Engineering
Skills:
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
- Experience building effective relationships with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of technology and its application in business
- Experience with one or more key technology suites (e.g. .NET, Java, MS SQL, Oracle, SharePoint, etc.)
- Understanding of life cycle development methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel, when applicable
