Booz Allen Hamilton
Booz Allen Hamilton is currently a prime Seaport-e contract holder with access to all seven Seaport-e geographical zones.  Since receiving their prime contract in 2004, Booz Allen has continued to provide high quality work and service to clients of Seaport-e.  As a Seaport-e prime contractor Booz Allen has received over 60 task orders which cover most of the geographical zones.  They have received prime Navy/USMC task order awards from the following Seaport-e ordering activities: FISC Norfolk, FISC Pearl Harbor, HQMC Installation and Logistics Department, NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NSWC Carderock Division, NSWC Crane Division, NSWC Dahlgren Division, NSWC Indian Head Division, NUWC Newport Division, RCO Quantico, SPAWAR HQ, SPAWAR SSC Atlantic, and SPAWAR Systems Center.  Booz Allen has earned a positive reputation on the Seaport-e vehicle and within the market as one of the top performing firms and they are committed to delivering high quality results as a leading strategy and technology consulting firm.

Systems Application and Technologies
Systems Application and Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) has supported the Navy for the past two decades.  SA-TECH’s most current and relevant support is the provision of services to the U.S. Navy’s Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Program Ashore, where they have provided enduring programmatic support, successfully executing 21 separate Physical Security support task orders over the past four years.  SA-TECH provides or has provided management, process development, systems engineering, logistics and oversight support for development, execution and sustainment of  ATFP Ashore projects worldwide, to include: physical security/access control for entry control points, waterside barriers, CBRN systems, C4I systems and operations centers.  Additionally, SA-TECH has provided logistics and systems engineering-oriented services to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). SA-TECH has also supported complex physical security activities for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Carderock Division, the Department of Energy (DOE), NASA’s large Space Shuttle complex at Edwards AFB, and Prince George’s County MD Public School system. SA-TECH has over 400 employees worldwide and has received an ISO 9001 certification in quality management.  SA-TECH is a current Seaport-e prime contractor (Contract # N00178-04-4118) with presence in Zones 2, 6, and 7.

Greenhorne & O’Mara, Inc. (G&O) is a full-service multidisciplinary planning and engineering company headquartered in Laurel, MD. G&O is a privately held firm that has been in practice for more than 60 years.  G&O has a staff of 582 engineering and related professionals, and delivers services throughout the United States and overseas through three market groups: Transportation, Infrastructure & Design, and Water & Environment. G&O’s Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (ATFP) practice has its foundation in projects performed for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  These include the current Production and Technical Services Contract for floodplain and hazards mapping for FEMA Regions I, V, VII, and X; the FEMA HMTAP Program where we managed the first projects assessing the tragedies at the World Trade Center in 2001 and the Murrah Building event, Oklahoma City, OK; and continuing hazards research efforts under a FEMA Technical Assistance Research Contract (TARC). This foundation has extended to ATFP support and analysis to DOD agencies throughout the world, ranging from projects for the US Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) in SW Asia, to DLA and NGA at Ft. Belvoir.
